If you are an existing 457 visa holder and your wife and family remained in your home country and you would now like them to join you in Australia, then they can apply for their own 457 visa as your dependent.

In the first instance though you should confirm with your current 457 sponsor (your employer) that they will be willing to extend their obligations to your family members. Without this commitment your family members will be unable to obtain the visa.
